For customers who are unsure about sizing, CALSA offers a convenient Fitting Service(Try-On Service).
We will deliver three pairs of trousers—your selected size plus one size up and one size down—to your designated address within Japan, so you can try them on in person.

■　Pricing & Refund Policy

- Deposit: ¥60,000 (temporarily held)
- Service Fee: ¥1,000
- After the items are returned, we will refund the deposit minus the service fee.
- You’ll also receive a ¥1,000 discount coupon for your next order.
(Use the coupon next time and the fitting service is effectively free.)

＜How to order＞

1. Select style, tuck, and size.

2. Add the items to your cart.

→ We will send three sizes: your selected size, one smaller, and one larger.
If you have a preferred fabric, please enter the fabric number in the “Notes” section when ordering.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
If your chosen fabric is unavailable, we will send a sample from our in-stock collection.

→Inseam Measurement Service

When returning the trousers, please fold them to match your inseam length.
We will measure the inseam upon arrival and notify you by email.
Use this measurement for your next order to ensure a perfect fit.

- To prevent return issues, this service is limited to Amazon pay only.
Other payment methods will be automatically cancelled.

- This service is limited to one use per customer.
