Our store has a Just Fit Guarantee system so that customers can enjoy ordering with peace of mind.
If you wish to make any alterations to the garment after it arrives, we will do so free of charge for your first use.



Step 1
Request for modifications after the clothes arrive

*If you wish to make any corrections, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product with the desired correction items (waist, hip, waist, knee, hem, inseam measurements) using the desired correction form provided in the shipping information email.



Step 2
Returning the clothes by the customer


After confirming the reply email from our store, please send it to the address below.
Please note that we ask that customers pay in advance for shipping.

(We are currently running a campaign, and we will also pay for the return shipping! Please ship by cash on delivery via Sagawa Express or Kuroneko Yamato.)

Step 3
Correction and shipping at our store

We will make the corrections at our store and ship it to you.
(We cannot accept changes to the shipping address.)


Shipping from our store will be at our store's expense.

*If we are unable to make the desired corrections due to the pattern, the silhouette collapses, insufficient seam allowance, etc., we will make the corrections to the best of our ability.

In that case, we will contact the customer in advance, but if we do not receive a reply from the customer within 30 days, the item will be returned without modification.

Please note that free revisions will only be provided once.


<Things not covered by the Just Fit Guarantee>

・If you contact us after 11 days after the clothes arrive.
・If the item is not shipped within 10 days after contacting us.
・If it has been used (excluding when trying it on)
・If the item is sent for cleaning or other repairs
・Size correction for areas other than dimension adjustment items
- Corrections other than size (design changes, customization changes, etc.)
・If the item is made with the customer's consent in advance that there will be no complaints or returns.

Orders from overseas are not covered by compensation for the Just Fit Guarantee.
